Storyboard Text

  • To begin, someone from congress has to introduce the bill
  • *Bill Proposal*
  • I agree
  • Then, it will be brought to the committee where they will debate the bill and vote on it.
  • I disagree
  • Following that, the bill will have to be sent to the senate.
  • In order to proceed any further, both the Senate and the House must have a majority vote on the bill.
  • Finally, the bill is sent to the president.
  • He can choose to either pass or veto the bill.
  • Additionally, congress can overide a presidents veto if they get a majority 2/3 vote.
