  • The Fredonian Rebellion
  • Battle of Gonzales 
  • The Grass Fight 
  • Edwards made people mad over their land titles.An alcalde vote was overturned because of the questions of theft.Then the new alcalde was arrested ! Fredonion thought they had no choice ,but keep themselves from danger and defend themselves from unfair government .They had to have a fair choices for themselves.
  • The Siege of the Alamo
  • Texas revolutionary victory.Started a conflict between Texas and the Mexican government .From which Texans could not turn back.They increased the intention and belief of the Texas revolution. They demanded that U.S. settlers at Gonzales hand over their cannon.
  • The Goliad Massacre
  • Texas army thought that the Mexican supply train was silver ,so they went and attacked it .But only found grass for horses. Texas troops did not allow Mexican army from getting horses fed.That cause became known as the Grass Fight . Even though , the Texas troops were disappointed , some of them found out that the siege was working because the Mexican forces needed feed for their starving animals .
  • Battle of San Jacinto 
  • In the morning hours of March 6 the Texas protecters were awakened suddenly.They heard yells from Mexican troops and sound of music.Santa Anna army band were playing " El Dueguello". The meaning of the song meant no mercy would be shown .About 5:00 A.M., four pillars of Mexican soldiers striked , but they were stopped by the Texas artillery.
  • Colonel James Fannin detained leaving Goliad .His troops and him were catched them out in the foggy prairie . Where there was little cover and limited water. On March 27,1836, Mexican soldiers killed more than 400 Texans outside of Goliad. Which was the Goliad Massacre .
  • Their battle helped Texas WIN its independence . Santa Anna sent  a small army to try to drive the Texans from their position, but the Texans drove it back. The Texas army noticed that conquering more than 1,200  Mexican soldiers now in position would not be simple.Many Mexican troops were awakened by bullets and battle yells of "Remember the Alamo!" and "Remember Goliad!". The Battle San Jacinto lasted only about 18 minutes .
