We harm the environment in many ways, including leaving water running while we aren't using it. It is important to turn off running water while it isn't being used. This way, we don't waste it. Turning off running water while it isn't being used is one way to help the environment.
Another way humans harm the environment is by throwing trash into the water. We need to keep trash out of the water so it stays clean and doesn't harm others.
A third way we harm the environment is by cutting down trees. Trees are a large part of life because they provide oxygen for humans.
A fourth way of harming the environment could be coal mining - it can cause pollution in the air.
A fifth way of harming the environment is making roads and buildings. By doing this, you clear land.
A last way of harming the environment is windmills. They take up space in the land and harm animals like birds.
