Peter wants to know which of his guns will shoot the farthest while still being accurate.
Peter decided to do some research on his computer before he make a hypothesis.
To solve his problem he first hypothesizes about what type of gun will preform the best.
I think that if we measure the accurate range of my guns then we will see that my rifle is the most accurate, because rifles in general can shoot longer distances than handguns or automatic guns.
In order to test his hypothesis Peter set up targets at different distances. 50 meters, 100 meters, 500 meters, and 1000 meters. and then fires at them with his 3 guns, his ak-47, his revolver, and rifle.
Results: all guns accurately hit their target at 50 meters, the pistol and ak-47 had a less tight grouping at 100 meters, at 500 meters the pistol, and ak-47 was no longer accurate, and at 1000 meters the sniper rifle lost most of its accuracy, and at 2000 meters nothing could hit.
Peter finally came to his conclusion
My hypotheseis is correct because the sniper rifle was the gun to hit most accurately from the furthest distance.
