  • Isaac Newton was born on January 4, 1643 . His father Died two months before he was born, when he was two his mother remarried and moved out of the town and he was sent to live with his Grandmother.   After his stepfather died his mother came back and pulled him out of school to work on the family farm.  That's how the whole thing with the apple falling on his head thing happened.  After that he went on to invent many things like the first reflecting telescope.

  • Galileo was born in February 15, 1564.  He was an Italian astronomer, philosopher, and professor. He went to the church to imply to them that the sun was at the center of the solar system.  after this he was sentenced to house arrest for the rest of his life. during his house arrest he wrote books about his thoughts after he died his daughter published them.

  • Francis Bacon was born on January 22, 1561.  Much of the work in his period was based of the Greek philosopher aristotle.  He made a book of his ideas. It is what he thought was the correct method of acquiring natural knowledge. Francis bacon became the father of the scientific revolution.

  • Johann Kelper was born on December 27, 1571.  He discovered three major laws of planetary motion. He did not call them laws he called them  celestial harmonies that reflected gods design of the universe.  Johann Kelper created the Kepteriah telescope.
  • Conflict between scientific thoughts and traditional religious beliefs. Theories and books also lead to conflict between the two. The church's political, social, and economic authority was on the line. Scientist like Galileo, were told to stop their views and reaffirm those of the church or be excommunicated.
  • The scientific revolution has effected our world today in many ways. If the scientist like Galileo hadn't stepped up and said these thing we would still be thing the sun revolves around us. and without Isaac Newton we wouldn't know what gravity is .
