Man vs. Self
Symbolism, Foreshadowing, Suspense
I'm not crazy any sane person would of killed that eye.
I loved the old man but I had to kill the eye.
I had to kill the eye, I had to kill the eye, I had to, I had to, I had to.
That eye! It means so much more than that eye.
When I saw that eye, I knew I had to kill the man.
I thought I could get away with killing that eye.
I've concluded that the theme of The Tell-Tale Heart is that there are consequences to all of your actions, good or bad.
You sick man you should of just asked for help.
If I wouldn't have heard that stupid beating heart I would never have been caught.
