  • I did some research and thought some more sweetening would be good to add.
  • So if I add sweetening and just be more patient when baking, it might be less fragile and even more delicious!
  • Why is Angel Cake's food cake not as delighting to people anymore? Is she losing her stamina while she makes it, or getting distracted?
  • I'll be waiting...
  • Now for the baking test for the festival!
  • Angel Cake's food cake has egg whites in her cake, helping it to be more stable and not crumbly. I think maybe some more whipping of her egg whites and some extra sweetening could both help some.
  • Wow that looks good but first we have to eat it!
  • If Angel Cake adds more sweetening and whips her egg whites even more, then the food cake will turn out to be even more sweet and not break ably tender, because sweetening would make it sweeter and not as bland.

  • Angel Cake gathers all her ingredients in the kitchen before she starts baking, measures the ingredients carefully, and add a touch of sweeten. She then adds all the ingredients together and bakes it.
  • Now for the results... Strawberry Shortcake and Angel Cake try out the angel cake right before the festival and decide it was a success so much so they want to make lots more to put out for the festival baking stand.
  • Strawberry Shortcake and Angel Cake's conclusion ended up being that people loved the angel food cake even more as they commented on likeing the added sweetening and the stability of the cake.
