Trojan men rising for battle. Achilles prayed by the dead body of Patroclus then he called all the men together. Odysseus hobbled with Diomedes while using spears as crutches. Achilles then said "My lord Agamemnon, this killing has gone on too long. Today I will go back to war."
Choose whichever side you want.
Odysseus stood up then leaned on the butt of his spear for battle then said "Our men need to eat need to eat before they fight." The warriors ate and drank some wine. Then the army gathered. Troy heard marching feet and the sound of swords hitting shields.
King Priam was watching with Hector's wife Andromache and Helen. They saw chariots advancing and the armies marching into battle. Achilles raised his spear and said "I know I am doomed to die here. But I will not retreat. I will not stop until I have given those Trojans their fill of bloody war. Now my comrades CHARGE."
Zeus told the gods to join whichever side they wanted. Hera and Athene hurried to join the Greeks. Poseidon and Hephaestus joined them and so did Hermes. Ares, Artemis and Aphrodite joined the Trojans. Achilles told his men to keep fighting. Hector said he was not afraid to confront Achilles as the Greeks pushed the Trojans back to the walls of their city.
Hector ran from Achilles believing that even though he was late to the war Achilles would be easily worn out. Hector had forgotten that Achilles could outrun horses. They chased each other around the city until Athene said it was time to fight.
Achilles hurled his spear. Achilles ducked out of the way as the spear flew over his head. Achilles spotted an opening in Hectors armor under his chin. Achilles drove the spear at the tiny target. Hector threw himself onto the spear and fell to the ground by Achilles' feet. Then Achilles said, " You killed my friend Patroclus, and so you will pay for that."
