Siddhartha Guatama, a Hindu prince was born in Nepal in 563 B.C. Siddhartha's father meets a fortune teller who predicts that Siddhartha is going to become a king or a religious leader. Of course Siddhartha's father wanted him to be a king.

As a young man, Siddhartha grew up in a life of luxury. His father protected him from anything that is dangerous. Siddhartha's father wanted the best for him.
Buddha's life style as a wise man
Siddhartha's servants would cover him from seeing a homeless person. Siddhartha didn't want to be treated like a Hindu prince. Instead, he really wanted to be a simple person living a peaceful life.
He joined a group of estetics, he didn't eat very well for five years. He decided to leave the estetics because this wasn't the way to a health wind. He even refused food from other people.
He meditates under a tree for 49 days. He stayed there until he has acheived a state of perfect wisdom. He wears very uncomfortable clothing but he wants to live a very simple life.
Buddha's purpose was to awaken the world to the true nature of life. For his diet, he eats one juju fruit and one grain of rice everyday. He feels his backbone when he tries to feel his stomach!
