  • An ice cube is a solid that can turn into a liquid and then into a gas.

  • When ice is heated it starts melting into a liquid.

  • And when a liquid's temperature is increased the pressure builds up and turns into a gas which is called vaporization this is where Boyle's law is applied.

  • Charles's law applies to the relationship between the temperature and volume of a gas.

  • when you freeze a gas it starts turning back into a liquid again.

  • And if you continue freezing it, it will turn back to a solid, you can chart this all down onto a graph starting from the origin it can vary inversely.
