  • Mr. Covey I'm too tired!! I've been working all 
  • Forget this! I'm leaving.
  • Phew!
  • Frederick Douglass was a slave ever since he was born. One day, he got traded to a house owned by a man maned Mr. Covey. He was known for crushing the spirits of slaves. As time passed over, Douglass grew more tired of Mr. Covey overworking him.
  • Frederick was working outside all day long without a break. He gets too tired to work and stops working. The sun was shining on Douglass as he laid in the grass.
  • After Mr. Covey failed to get Frederick back to work, he hit him on the head with a stick. But after he hit him with a stick, Frederick just stayed down as he bled in the sun and Mr. Covey left him alone.
  • After Frederick leaves Mr. Covey
