Betty went to San Francisco, she loves to explore. However she has a fear of hights and is about to climb the golden gate bridge.
ughh i don't think i am ready
Wow i am super nervous, this is a really big step i am taking. look at the view, I Oh no i am starting to get goosebumps how nerve racking is that
the instructor was telling Betty the safety rules and preparing her to climb. It then started to rain . betty: is it safe to climb in the rain ? instuctor: yeah yeah you'll be fine especially if you love to explore.
Betty is using self motivation

this is really scary and dangerous! what should i do what happens if i slip this hole adventure has turned into a nightmare
strategies first strategy betty could do is calm herself down she could do this by finding an anchor like a happy memory she could also close her eyes and take a deep breath in and then out a couple times. Betty can also maybe drink some water which will halp slow down her heart rate each time she takes a sip.
after using a few of the strategies she decided to continue the climb . Betty: there''s no going back this is what i came her for. Betty had finally finished the climb and was super proud of herself . in conclusion remember where you started don't give up, find a way.
