For example, Sierra was incredibly mad at her former boyfriend for breaking up with her and she ended up pushing people out of her way while on a walk, and eventually someone confronted her and now she deeply regrets her actions.
Mental wellness is your mental state of mind. It is very important to have a decent mental state because without it, you may make dumb choices that affect everyone around you and you may even make a decision you will deeply regret later on.
Physical wellness mainly revolves around physical activity and nutrition. It is also very important to keep good physical wellness because you will feel good about yourself, look good, and be as healthy as you can inside and out. When you look good, you feel good.
