  • During:The February Revolution
  • Why do we wait for food?
  • During this peaceful march soldiers came and opened fire in the crowd and around 130 people died afterwards it was known as the bloody Sunday.
  • During:October Revolution
  • When the Russians went to war they were well supplied and many of them were dying,capture or injured they started to have less food since they called in all the peasants but there government got stronger
  • In the woman factory many of them needed to wait in line for food to eat or even just bread so they went on strike and within days the factory with men also went on strike with them, Nicholas gave up the throne after this.
  • The government was made after the Czar was thrown out and after he was removed during the night soldiers were taking over key points around the town. The next morning Lenin was announced to take charge.
  • Lenin introduce the economic war commission so the red army group would go through the villages to go and collect the food from the people so the troops and the Russian's could eat in the city
