  • Taxes are due today!

  • Indian and French had a war for a long time. It is also known as "The Seven Year War"
  • Quartering Act - 1765
  • This is where we are staying they said
  • In the sugar act they made taxes higher. They made it harder for them to trade. People didn't like this
  • Boston Tea Party - 1773
  • DUMP IT ALL IN!
  • Britan went into massive dept. To pay off that dept they made is so colonys can only buy paper from them and they could get paper any other way.
  • Declaration And Resolves - 1774
  • During the British parlement they decided that if the barracks became full british troops would go to inns, or empty home
  • The colonist got really mad at Britain and dumped all their tea in the river.

  • The Declaration and Resolves was a document issued in 1774 by the First Continental Congress, a meeting of representatives from 12 of the 13 colonies.
