For awhile you couldn't tell who would win. The rebel Macdonwald stood with his soldiers and Lady Luck. But Macdonwald wasn't strong enough. The brave Macbeth chopped his way through the soldiers and killed Macdonwald. He then hung his head on our castle walls.
Tell us about the battle, brave soldier!
But victory against Macdonwald created new problems for us. When the irish ran for cover, the norweighan king sent fresh soldiers into battle.
Did this frighten Macbeth or Banquo?
Not at all, they actually fought with twice as much force. But I feel very weak, my wounds must be tended to.
Ross: Great King, i've come from fife. The Norwegians waged war against Macbeth and Macbeth met every shot with another. Soon, The enemies spirit was weak, and we were victorious!
This is the worthy thane of Ross.
Who is this? Why are you here, worthy thane?
I'll get it done right away!
