  • Hey Evelyn why do you look confused? what are you thinking?
  • I was just thinking about our lesson a while ago...
  • uhmm okay then what about it?
  • I wasn't really listening a while ago when our teacher was discussing about Special Theory of Relativity so I'm kinda confused...
  • oh okay do you want me to explain it to you?
  • Really??? I would love that!!
  • okay so The special theory of relativity is a scientific theory on the relationship between space and time. Two postulates underpin Albert Einstein's initial treatment: All inertial frames of reference obey the same physics laws.
  • ahh okay
  • and it has two postulates
  • The two postulates are firstly, Laws of physics are invariant to observers and secondly speed of light is constant in space.
  • what are those?
  • I am glad that you understand my explanation Evelyn you can ask me every time you have trouble understanding our lesson I will always help you.
  • and do you know that the special theory of relativity has a corresponding consequences?
  • The consequences of special theory of relativity are simultaneity depends on the observer present time slows down on the moving observer, and lastly, length shortens as seen as static observer. That's it!
  • huh? no what's the meaning of that?
  • Okay!! now I kinda understand it now!! Thank you so much for explaining it to me Camille
