Later, Rosie's old manager helper went to Rosie's new house to beg them to go back to their old house because no one wanted to buy their old house and it was a bad situation for the landowner but Rosie and her dad refused to go back to that house because they were going to have a new start.
The Crossing or return
The next day, Mat went to Rosie's house and asked if she wanted to go out for a walk with him. She said yes and while walking Rosie saw a man who looked like he was hungry and cold so she handed him dollar bills and the man took them but also took her arm and pulled her. He was kidnapping her.
A few minutes later, Mat went to the police station and told a cop to try to find Rosie. He said she was kidnapped in a white van and showed the cop a picture he took of the van's license plate. The cop then went on a search for the van's license plate.
Finally, the cop finds the white van hidden in the woods and rescues Rosie. She takes her back home with her family. Her family thanks the cop for saving Rosie. Over all Rosie learned to always stay strong even throughout the toughest times because things always get better.
