- WHY???
- The industrial revolution was the time period where the huge transition from the process of manufacturing. It was from 1820-1840.
- At first, many economies were based on the source of agriculture, the industrial revolution transformed it into a work of a manufactured machine system.
- The industrial revolution had many positive effects. There was a common increase in wealth, production, and the living standard,. People had access to healthier diets, better housing, and cheaper goods. In addition, education increased
- However, there were many negative impacts of the industrial revolution. Such as,poor working conditions, poor living conditions, low wages, child labor, and pollution.
- Machines such as the cotton gin had been apart of this, rising the demand for slavery and adding to its construct.
- All in all, the industrial revolution changed many ways of life, and built up to life today. There were a handful of positive things, ye the negative effects were constantly weighing it down. The north had benefitted the most from it.
