Well trained troops
Ready for battle, Sir!
Rich, wealthy nation
King George is very proud!
Over thousands of troops
The British Army was well - trained, and were considered elite. Their professional battles techniques were a disadvantage to the Continental Army.
What an odd place. Where are we?
Comparing to the Continental Army, the British were very wealthy, and had all their supplies. Britain was considered the richest country in the world.
Far from Britain
This is very far from our homeland.
In the Revolutionary War, the British Army had a total of 50,000 troops. The British Army even included 30,000 Hessians, who were mercenaries for King George III.
The British didn't care
I find this very meaningless!
The British Army had no idea where they were fighting.
The British Army was far from Britain, therefore, their ships took time.
British soldiers didn't think the Revolutionary War was a big deal. They thought the war had no purpose.
