Storyboard Text

  • Wait, where did the this town come from?!?!
  • It just boomed overnight. These people came here to mine gold.
  • Why are those guys fighting!
  • I don't think I like these boomtowns.
  • Those are vigilantes. They try to take the law into their own hands.
  • I'm gonna kill you!
  • There ain't no gold here, I'm leaving!
  • Yeah, me too!
  • *gasp*
  • What's going to happen to the town if everyone leaves?
  • Yeah!
  • It'll become another ghost town.
  • Don't get too happy, people will probably come back to mine other elements.
  • ugh..
  • Nevermind, I'm back. I heard there was lead and zinc to mine.
  • Who knows, maybe these towns will turn into states someday.
  • I certainly hope that doesn't happen!
  • You never know, anything can happen.
  • Between 1876 and 1890, Colorado, North and South Dakota, Washington, Montana, and Idaho are admitted to the Union.
