  • Always Look After Your Mental Health
  • Spending time with your family creates bonds. If you spend more time with your family you will develop strong relationships and help each other during tough times. It also makes memories that will last forever. If you didn’t spend time with your family then you wouldn’t have a healthy lifestyle. You would be all over the place. It also relieves stress, just being around your family can make you feel relaxed and carefree. Spending time with your friends is just as important as spending time with your family. When your feeling down and you need someone to be there for you, your friends will always be there. Our friends also create better bonds and develop loyalty with one another. If people didn’t create bonds or develop loyalty then we wouldn’t trust anyone except for our family. That’s not good!
  • Always plan ahead when your stressed, if you plan ahead then you will be able to relax knowing that you don’t have to plan anything under pressure. When you plan ahead you get the ability to know what the week or month is going to bring. Focus on one thing at a time. If you don’t focus on one thing then you can get all stressed out because you feel that you can’t get anything done. If you focus on one thing at a time then you will be more confident in assignments and essays or anything like that. If you focus on more than one thing then your going to be all over the place. You will feel like your not going to get anything done, you might waste your time on one subject and not leave any time for the others.
  • Always Look After Your Mental Health. All Day Everyday. There are different ways to keep your mental health up. Here are a few: Keep Active, Eat Well, Take A Break and Drink Sensibly.  Eating well is a big part of your mental health. Your brain needs nutrition to focus and to function.  Keep active always, if we keep active then your mental health will be through the roof! Keeping active is also very good for health. If you start running and doing activities then we will constantly want to be active. Take a break with things, work, assignments etc. Go for a walk on the beach or go for a run, all you need to do is be by yourself.
