Storyboard Text

  • YAY!!
  • If the knight was very loyal to their king or ruler that they helped become king, they may give them land as a gift for being so loyal.
  • Since you've been so loyal to me, you can have all of this land and this money!
  • And last but not least, we have the peasants. These people are in the lowest social class.  They also have the worst living conditions, with their houses mostly made out of straw and dirt. They also had to fend for themselves. For example, the mother usually helped with making their own clothes.
  • Peasants where owned by someone who had money, and they where not allowed to leave his/her property. Peasants where basically concidered property. They where treated like no one. Wow.. thats really sad..
  • The peasants worked day and night on the farms and harvesting. The peasants did all of the dirty work, but had the least amount of respect.
  • Well that was a history lesson on one of the few social classes in the Middle Ages. Now I hope you see how people lived back then, compared to how we live now. I hope you learned something, but now it is time for me to go. So fare thee well, and goodbye!
  • The End
