"Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes!" - Colonel William Prescott. William Prescott was in charge of the colonist when the General William Howe was commanding the British troops attack on Bunker Hill in June, 1775. Sadly the patriots had to retreat but the British lost up to a 1,000 men that day.

George Washington lead the troops to Trenton to surprise the Hessians and they succeeded. They killed or captured about 900 Hessians and gained supplies they needed badly.
The person that was leading the colonist to Fort Sackville was a man named Clark. Clark brought a few colonist to Hamilton which was in charge of the British at the fort. Clark was able to convince Hamilton to surrender by killing allies of the British and making him believe that he had a huge army.
