I learned that Ontario's southern border is at 58 dergrees North and that they do lots of manufacturing, forestry and mining.

Did you know that the capital of Quebec is Quebec city and that its northern border is 62 degrees North and the Southern one is 44.69 degrees North!

Three interesting places you can go in Ontario are the Fallsview Waterpark in Niagra Falls, this is a huge indoor waterpark with one of the tallest waterslides in Canada! You can go to Bird Kingdom and hold, play, and learn about different birds, or you can go to Niagra Falls and see the iconic Horseshoe Falls, go swimming at the resort, or even zip line into various waterfalls.

Hey mom, today I learned that the capital of Nova Scotia is Halifax and that their 3 main economic activities are fishing, natural gas, and agriculture.
For my National Park, I did Mont-Tremblant, I learned that white-tailed deer live there, that it gets super cold in the winter, down to -13 degrees F. I also learned that Mont Tremblant is 665 acres, that's huge!

For New Brunswick, I did the state float, I learned that they were famous for their local art. 5 words that relate to my state are Freddy Beach, Reversing Falls, Magnetic Hill, Woodstock, and Hopewell Rocks. Did you know that Lord Beaverbrook is from New Brunswick!
Newfoundland and Labrador-Postcard
Did you know that the capital of Newfoundland and Labrador is St.Johns and their three main industries are mining, pulp and paper, and hydroelectricity.
For this state, I did the powerpoint, I learned that the five largest cities are Charlottetown, Summerside, Stratford, Cornwall, and Montague. Also, I learned that the state's nickname is "The Golden of the Gulf." Did you know that the highest point in Prince Edward Island is 499 feet above sea level!
When will this be over???
For my POI I did Halifax Central Library, I learned that it's exterior is mostly glass so it looks really cool, I also learned that on the top of the building there is a rooftop patio where you can eat. This library won #2 on best things to do in Nova Scotia with kids.
Three things that I learned while doing my postcard is there is a hill called signal hilll that is located in St.John which has a tower called cabot tower where people used to hide out in. Also, I learned that one end of St.John's got burned down from a fire that was extremely devastating. Also, did you know that St.John's is the oldest city in North America!
