Making Permanent SheltersBy: Tyler Rockman and Jonas Dean
In the Paleolithic Era we did not have permanent shelters, we had to live in caves for a day or two because we would have to follow herds of animals for food. We would have to hunt them and survive of of the animals.
In the Neolithic Era we are finally able to live in permanent shelters. We are able to produce food by agriculture. We do not need to hunt for food that much now.
Now that we can produce food without going place to place to live we can live in a community. Our population is growing while we can stay in one place.
We can make our own food and we can domesticate animals. We will live in our own houses and have shelter.
Since we live in a community we are able to care more for each other and we can have fun. We have more time to make things beautiful and live our lives better than we were in the Paleolithic Era.
