Me either, son. It will definitely be a moment to remember!
Pilot: I'm gonna take y'all on the scenic route.
This is much more beautiful than I expected.
The pilot met up with the young man and his father at the airport. The young man and his father were driving to the airport.
OMG! I messed up!
They were wheels up by 10:00am and they were heading for some sight seeing and then to the Beach and back to Hemet. The pilot took them on the scenic route. (to prevent accidents from happening, it is always best to plan ahead for anything that could go wrong).
I am very sorry about that. I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT!
I'm so lucky!
It was an amazing flight, there was no turbulence and it was all sunny sky. They flew south along the California coast near Long Beach for about 30 minutes. After, They started heading back, staying out of restricted areas like airports and major cities and towns. Heading straight for Hemet Ryan.
The pilot in command made a mistake when creating a flight plan because he didn't notice that on the way back we going to be flying through a certified drop zone for skydivers. Out of nowhere they saw one diver, then two, then three, then before they knew it, a bunch of skydivers dropped right where they were flying. Two divers were literally so close that the pilot looked directly into both of there eyes with total fear! (there will always be risk when flying in an airplane).
Luckily, the plane was not struck by any skydiver but it could have gone down like that. If that happened, the diver and everybody in the plane would have been dead. They proceeded to head back home. (these types of accidents happen more than people think).
After that experience, everybody in the plane took a deep breath and realized how lucky they were. They were very mad at the pilot but once they got back and landed, they forgave him. (That was the last time they flew with that guy).
It feels good to be back on the ground. We honestly could have died today.
