It is 7:00 AM. I will have a whole wheat cereal for breakfast. cereal is high in carbs. I will also drink orange juice, oranges contain a lot of carbs. Carbs provide energy, so i will have energy for the rest of the day
for lunch I am going to have a chicken sub, with water to drink. the sub will contain carbs, protein, and saturated fat.
for a pre-game snack I am going to eat pretzels and a gatorade. The pretzels contain a lot of carbs so i can have energy for the game.
at the game i will drink just a gatorade to replenish elyctrolytes, I do not want to weigh myself down when I am trying to run.
after the game I will make chicken with broccoli and rice, the chicken will give me protein, fat, and carbs. the protein is for my recovery after my workout/game.
