  • Early in the 1800 b.c. they learned about the calendar. They learned how many days there are and what day it is.
  • Achievement 4: Writing System
  • Early in the 1800 B.C. The  Mayans made art. The Mayans were probably most famous for their work in stone. They built many monumental structures including tall pyramids and palaces.
  • How The Mayan Civilization ended
  • In the Early 1800 B.C. The Mayans devised a counting system that was able to represent very large numbers by using only 3 symbols, a dot, a bar, and a symbol for zero, or completion usually a shell. 
  • Early in the 1800 B.C. The Mayans script, also known as Mayan hieroglyphs is the writing system of the Mayan civilization of Mesoamerica currently the only Mesoamerican writing system that has been substantially deciphered.
  • The Mayan Civilization came to an end because, the diseases was causing people and animals to die. It just kept spreading and spreading on to more animal and people that soon there was hardly any one animal alive.
