Salva has gone through many emotions. In the position he is in, he doesn't quite know how he feels or how to describe it . First Marial died than Uncle had really affected him. But this did make him stronger. Salva is dealing with these problems himself inside . Addition to the lost of his family he has to stay strong and move on. So this is an internal conflict because it is a struggle inside the characters mind and with himself. He does think they want him to succeed and survive.
