Storyboard Text

  • Carlos Vasquez is a 34 year old man. He is tall and has a good build. He has jet black hair and pitch black eyes that seem to stare into your very soul. But unfortunately he was born colorblind. His case of being colorblind was at the extreme. He is not able to see any color whatsoever
  • Being colorblind was hard for Carlos. He often reflected on the quote " Depression is being colorblind, and constantly being told how colorful the world is". Nevertheless with his parents support he was able to get used to it. But when he was 10 his parents died in a car accident while on vacation for their 10 year anniversary.
  • Why are you always out her each morning? You should be resting like people your age.
  • From the age of 10 to 18, Carlos was bounced around from one foster home to another. He had irrational behavior and threw fits whenever he saw fit. He was out of control. The longest he lasted at a foster home was 1 and a half years until they had to send him back.
  • Goood morning Carlos!
  • After becoming an adult, he went to college and got a job as a high school teacher. He thought romance was a waste of time so he never went looking for love. Even though he was still young, at the age of 34, his hair had started to grey a bit. A few wrinkle had started to form in his face due to the constant frown that he kept on his face.
  • He lived in a nice and quiet neighborhood. His next door neighbor was an elderly lady named Edna. She was in her 60's and she was full of character. She was cheery and bubbly; a complete opposite of her neighbor Carlos. They had lived by each other for four years so they knew each other quite well. She sometimes invited him over for dinner even though each time he declined.
  • Carlos stepped out of his house heading to his car to go to work. "Good morning Carlos, said Edna in her raspy but yet cheery voice. To be quite honest Carlos hated hearing her cheery voice each and every morning that he stepped out. He wished that she would just stop.
