Valerie was in a rush to get to a job interview, that was almost an hour away from where she lived. She could not miss this interview, not a lot of companies would give her a chance, so the fact that she landed this interview meant a lot to her.
Valerie stopped at the stop sign and she kept worrying that she wouldn't make it. She was getting very angry and frustrated.
All of a sudden a big truck and another truck collided. There was glass shattered everywhere. The owner of the trucks came out their vehicle one was hurt very badly and the other one dialed 911. She started to have panic attack and couldn't breathe the reason for this is because she has necrophobia. Necrophobia is the fear of death or dead things.
Valerie finally got on the freeway, there was a lot of cars surrounding her and the car in front of her was driving extremely slow, there was so much space in front of the car. She was getting very frustrated. She checked the time and had less then an hour to get to the interview.
The school bus sped up just a little bit and and the van that was behind the school bus slowed down and Valerie squeezed through. Valerie tried going in front of the orange car put the car sped up and they crashed into each other.
Valerie started to think how she could have died. She started to have a panic attack but the medics were their to help her. They told her that it is okay to only worry about what is happening now. That's when Valerie learned to never worry about the future and focus on the present. Which means don't worry about dying in the future and just focus on the present.
