There are things I could do to make it better though. I never seem to get enough sleep and I can't remember actually eating breakfast in the morning before rushing out the door.
I'd say my physical health is pretty good. I play soccer year around and train for track in the spring so I exercise regularly, plus I eat a relatively balanced diet.
There are some things that are good about my current mental health. I have more than one hobby that I enjoy pursuing and allow myself to cry if I feel that I need to let out my emotions that way.
My mental health could definitely use some work though. I need to be asking for help when I need it so that could contribute to myself feeling happy the majority of the time.
My socially I think my health is pretty strong. I have several stable long-term friendships and am able to communicate maturely with someone if something isn't working out.
If I were to improve a couple of things though it'd start with my ability to talk to new people more easily. Approaching and starting conversations with new people would be good for me.
