  • I need to start going to sleep at night earlier to allow myself more time to get in the sleep I need. If I go to bed a little after ten and still wake up a little after six o'clock I should get my 8 hours of sleep! Plus if I'm not so slow from being tired in the morning I can be faster to get ready and actually leave time to eat breakfast.
  • Like I said, I have several very close friends that I have known ever since I was young, so why not talk to them if I need help with something that's going on? Likelihood is they know me better than anyone else and would be great options to get things out of my head so I can enjoy life better.
  • In classes when I'm not seated next to other people that I'm comfortable talking to, it would be a good idea for me to start a conversation with them to get to know what they are like. I'll never know what type of relationship I could've had with that person if I never talk to them. They could teach me a thing or two too.
