Storyboard Text

  • Strange, what on earth does Siren need?
  • Hey guys! Check this out, there's this thing I need to show you.
  • Cool huh? Found it in this boat that crashed, what do you think it is?
  • Uhh, guys? You really don't know what a diamond is? The isometric mineral?
  • Never have my immortal eyes seen such a brilliant gem!
  • Please, harpy, explain the details of what a diamond is for our fishy friend.
  • Yeah, a diamond! Name comes from the greek word "Adams". You really don't know what those are?
  • Oh no! I have never even seen one! What are those?
  • Well, me and Owen here know tons about diamonds! They are really hard, the hardest substance known to man! The only thing that can cut a diamond is another diamond! The only diamond I have around my nest is the one I'm wearing right now, they are very rare. Made up of only carbon! Humans can use it in windows, speaker domes, all kinds of stuff!
  • I believe the word you are looking for is "Vitreous". This mineral breaks into a perfect flat surface, a cleavage! Such a beauty out of all in the Native Elements group.
  • Yeah, I get that they're hard and stuff, but what are they made of? Glass? It looks a lot like glass.
  • Wow! You're right, Banshee! Who knew you knew so much about diamonds!
  • It's ok, Banshee! You guys helped me understand diamonds so much better!
  • What I don't get is why it's blue, diamonds usually are clear.
  • Diamonds can come in many colors, my dear. The rarest color is Lilac, my dear husband gave me a lilac diamond before I died, I wish I still had it.
