The character traits I'm doing for General Zaroff are disturbing, sad, and suprised.
On page 14, it says,"'But they are men,' said Rainsford. 'Precisely,' said the general. 'That is why I use them. It gives me pleasure.'" This shows how General Zaroff is disturbing.
This is when General Zaroff is looking for Rainsford
On page 21, it says,"'You've done well, Rainsford,' the voice of the general called. 'Your Bumese tiger pit has claimed one of my best dogs.'" This shows how one of the general's best dongs was taken away from him, as a result, he is probably sad.
On page 22, it says,"... General Zaroff was still on his tail. But Ivan was not. The knife, driven by the recoil of the spring tree had not holy failed...One was the thought that it would be difficult to replace Ivan." This shows how Zaroff had enough feelings for Ivan that his death made him sad.
On page 23, it says,"A man, who had been hiding in the curtains or the bed, was standing there. 'Rainsford!' screamed the general.'How did you get here?'" This shows how the general was surprised.
