  • Christopher just got to the tunnel. He starts to feel queasy and needs to move. After making a plan Christopher decides he needs to find a seat to sit down in, so he needs to walk down the tunnel. He needs to just focus on one thing around him since he is already too overloaded, and noticing all the details will make things worse.
  • 11:03
  • As Christopher walks down the tunnel area and then up the stairs he focuses on the "warning CCTV in operation" sign. He also notices other signs such as the "no smoking "sign, but these details do not help him calm down. As he walks he thinks to the beat of his walking to help him calm down. That trick is something Siobhan taught Christopher.
  • uuuuggggghhhh
  • calm down, calm down... what can I do? what can I do?! math! Conoway's Soldiers... okay
  • Christopher eventually finds a seat but there are too many people still. He keeps noticing different signs as he walks. Christopher starts to feel worse and groans as he continues to look for uncrowded seats to think in.
  • 1:33
  • uuuuggggghhhh
  • move that square right, that one up, that one also up, over one, left, up, up, almost there I have them two rows up...
  • Christopher eventually finds a seat that he feels is good enough to sit in. It is a table in the corner of the room where he can be secluded. He feeds Toby as he goes to sit down, and grabs his knife to help himself feel safe in this strange place.
  • It is still pretty crowded in the shop so Chrisopher once again covers his ears and groans to think. Christopher knows he needs to distract himself to calm down. So, he thinks of math problems he can do since math is calming to him because of its sure answer and it's safe. Chrisopher then decides on Conoway's Soldiers even though he already knows the answer to the problem.
  • Christopher continues to solve the problem in his head. He still groans and covers his ears, but starts to calm down a bit. He completely focuses on solving the problem and picturing it in his head. A lot of time passes though, and some people start to notice how long he has been there and worry about him. Chrisopher doesn't notice any of them though because he is in his own mind.
