  • Don't Be Quick To Judge
  • Being quick to judge can lead to chaos and/or violence. For example, when Les Goodman's car all of a sudden started when he wasn't even near it, the people on Maple Street started accusing him of the power outage since his car was the only car that had started since the object flew overhead. Another example is that when Charlie brought up how Steve Brand's wife had talked about Steve using some sort of radio, they all point fingers at him. They thought he was using the radio to contact with the beings that cut their power out. Finally, when a dark figure walked towards them, Charlie uses Don Martin's shotgun, and shoots down the figure. Instead of the monster, which they thought it was, laid the dead body of Pete Van Horn. In conclusion, quickly judging others is never good and will lead to disharmony and destruction.
