  • Principle 3- The government gets its power to make decisions and protect rights from the people.
  • Okay lets vote for government!
  • It is important for people to be treated equally because if they are equal they will be treated fairly and the same way.
  • Principle 4-When the government does not protect the rights of the people the people have the right to alter or abolish the government.

  • It is important because all people have basic rights that cant be taken away including life liberty and pursuit of happiness.
