Many people don't know what total wellness is, so, I am here to help with that.
Total wellness involves 3 main aspects.
It is however, important to avoid bad relationships, like the one shown here.
Source one talks about how it is important to maintain friendships.
It says in source 2 "It is important to your mental and emotional wellness that you take steps to manage your stress." And it is right, if you let stress get the better of you for more than a short period of time, it can have disastrous affects on your body.
I'm so stressed, I must eat!
It says in source 3 "Eating too much can lead to weight gain and the health problems associated with being overweight, such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease Cravings can result from being continuously stressed." Meaning that the mental emotion stress, can have physical affects on a persons body.
