Someone has disturbed my reading & night dre- aming of Lenore!!
Once he opened the door there was nothing.
What if the tapping is at the Window!!!!
He opened the window and in came the raven and sat on his head piece.
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I ponder weak and weary, over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,While I nodded nearly napping suddenly their came a tapping.
What is your name fellow bird?
Presently my soul grew stronger; Hesitating then no longer,'Sir', said I'or madam, truly your forgiveness I implore;but the fact is I was napping, and so gently you came rapping. But there was no one to be seen. I went back in my chamber door, my soul burning.
I have been sent the angel of Lenore
Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and flutter,In there stepped a stately raven of the saintly days of yore, Not the least obeisance made he;not a minute stopped he stayed;he but, with man of lord or lady, perched upon my chamber door.
This bird is a demon!!
The Raven was sitting, lonely on the placid bust, spoke only, That one word,as if his soul in that one word he did out pour. 'Nevermore'
The Raven can only say 'Nevermore'
The narrator thinks that the Raven is Lenore's soul in bird figure.
The narrator ow thinks the bird is evil and will ruin him forever.
