  • Fine, no more stamp act! But we will have to make a new law.
  • This new law, the Declaratory Act, will allow us to make laws and change your government whenever we wish.

  • Meanwhile in the Parliament..
  • But don't you see? This means that now they can pass any act they want!
  • You should be celebrating! We got the British to listen, and remove the stamp act!
  • Some colonists were in favor...
