MY BACK HURTS SO MUCH!!!
You need to be using a lumbar support when you are sitting for long period s of time or you can hurt your back and ruin your posture
As you see the inflammation has gone down and swelling has stopped you should be taking regular breaks so you don't get a repetitive stress injury
You should also use a wrist rest if you are typing so you don't get carpal tunnel syndrome and also get a ergonomically designed mouse to prevent strain and make sure your hands are aligned with your arms to reduce stress
