Amy forgot about her English assessment. It's due the next day and she was reminded by her friend who had already finished it. She's quite shocked and labelled herself as dumb.
Scene Four: Self-Awareness
I shouldn't have lashed out at my sister, even if I was mad at myself. I need to calm down, then apologize. I still have time to do my work.
Because she hasn't even started yet, she's very concerned if she's going to finish it in time for tomorrow. Amy's also mad at herself for forgetting about it. She's getting more restless and short tempered.
Scene Five: Regulation
I'm going to do some colouring. It always calms me down. I'm not dumb, I'm. just a little forgetful sometimes
When Amy got home, her sister noticed something was wrong. When she tried to ask, Amy yelled at her. It really hurt her sister and made her feel very worried and confused.
Scene Six: Repair Relationships
I'm sorry about before, I was in a bad mood
Amy is regretting what she did before, that it wasn't right and her sister is probably feeling down. She realizes that she needs to calm down and apologise.
To calm herself down, she decided to colour for a while. She also corrected herself becasue she realised she'd not dumb at all.
After calming down, Amy apologised to her sister. Her sister was very understanding and forgave her. Their relationship was restored.
