"Jonas, you are welcome to stay the night if you would like to."
“Downward, downward, faster and faster. Suddenly he was aware with certainty and joy that below, ahead, they were waiting for him; and that they were waiting, too, for the baby. For the first time, he heard something that he knew to be music. He heard people singing. Behind him, across vast distances of space and time, from the place he had left, he thought he heard music too. But perhaps it was only an echo.”
I walked to the small cabin and went to the door of the cabian and I knocked on it. An older man came to the door and I said, “Hi, I have been on a long trip to get here and we are very cold and hungry. I think this baby is going to die soon. Can we please come in for a little while until we figure out what to do next.”
“Jonas, would you like to stay the night tonight.” “Yes, please, I would love to. Thank you so much.”
