90 Miles to Havana was written by Enrique Flores-Galbis. The genre is historical fiction.
At first, the book takes place in Havana Cuba but then the main character, Julian goes to Miami without his brothers and friends and misses them.
Julian and his two brothers find themselves at a rundown school camp where they are forced to deal with the taunts of an unchallenged bully, Caballo, and Julian plans a revolt against Caballo's abuses. Julian is the main character of the story. He likes draw and help others, even though sometimes his two older brothers say that he is too young to help them.
I think the main theme of the book was stand up for yourself like when Julian plans to get back at Caballo.
I would give this book a 9/10 for its good character description.
