Today I will be making Italian spaghetti and meatballs
1 egg beaten, chop onion, 5 cloves garlic, olive oil, 2 cans peeled tomatoes, white salt, sugar, 1 bay leaf, 1 can tomato paste, dried basil, ground black pepper.

To start the recipe, get a large bowl.
In the large bowl, combine 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 cup fresh bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 egg beaten, mix well and form into 12 balls. Store in refrigerator until needed.
