Vanessa is taking her fox, Rhonda, to the vet because she is having trouble breathing, does not want to participate in activities like normal, is coughing at rest, and seems to have tinted blue gums.
The vet checks on Rhonda.
Vanessa has just checked in to her appointment and notices Rhonda quickly became worse than she was before she left for the appointment. The vet rushes out and immediately takes Rhonda to the back.
Rhonda has not survived
The vet assistant notices the fox is showing signs of congestive heart failure, she calls in the vet to take a look.
Vanessa is now crying.
Rhonda is in a state of decompensation and is on a quick decline, they decided to keep Rhonda over night to monitor her.
Rhonda did not survive the night, they have informed Vanessa, she is crying. The vet tells the assistant to get the medical records and write up the expenses in a bill for Vanessa.
The vet tries to soothe Vanessa because she will not stop crying over her fox who has died from congestive heart failure.
