Archbishop Murray visited Catherine and advised her to stabilize the House of Mercy so that her work of Mercy can continue should something happen to her by turning it into a convent. Catherine starts to build various convents in Ireland. Her and the sisters were constantly moving from convent to convent. All the travelling starts to affect Catherine’s health, leading to her catch Tuberculosis.
