- the usa ambassador suggests that Mexico should sell texas to the USA. general manual de Mier y Teran went down to texas to run an investigation and saw a lot of anglo influencers everywhere. he suggests that they should move fast or they will lose texas. the people in texas were scared because slavery was not a thing in Mexico and soon to not be a thing in Texas.

- this law stopped immigration in texas. they encouraged people from Europe and Mexico to move. it forced taxes on far-away goods.
- the cause of the arrest of sfa

- mean Bradburn was an American but he followed the Mexican law. when the tax collector came around they didn't want to pay for their foreign food. mean Bradburn had William B., Travis, and Patrick jack arrested for interfering with tax collecters.

- the colonist made up a resolution while they were waiting for more firepower. they declared loyalty to the Mexican government. the colonists were fighting for the federalist constitution and evil Santa was fighting against it but evil Santa becomes a federalist because of the powers the colonist supported him.
- we should make a resolution
- when SFA gets to Mexico evil Santa does evil things there. then SFA doesn't want to wait for him anymore so they send a letter to texas saying people in Mexico are crazy. when he gets back SFA decided to get rid of the immigration law. when Austin goes back to texas and gets put in jail for sending the letter that he didn't know about. he is released in July of 1835.
- the colonist is already mad at the Mexican government so when they try to collect taxes the colonist refuses to pay. Willam b Travis decides to create an army to defeat teneiro. some of the colonists decide to write an apology letter to evil Santa's brother-in-law. his brother-in-law rejects it because he was told that evil Santa was the centralist some people wanted their independence after that and some didn't so when Austin arrived back he declared independence.
